The job is based in Chembur and you will be reporting to the Founder/Creative Director. Your core mission will be to execute the Creative Director's and Senior Designers" vision accurately and on time, without deviating creatively. Your responsibilities will include turning hand-drawn sketches from Senior Designers into samples, tracking sample progress with karigars, ensuring deadlines are met, and promptly flagging any delays. Additionally, you will be required to organize fabric swatches and trims according to their preferences, without adding personal input. To be considered for this role, you should have a Fashion diploma/degree from institutions like NIFT, ISDI, Pearl, or have at least 1 year of experience assisting a strict designer. It is essential to possess no creative ego and be willing to support the Founder's vision. You should be meticulous about meeting deadlines.
