Job Title: Junior Designer / Sales Representative Location: Swayamvara NXT Salary: [To be discussed based on experience] Position Type: Full-time Experience: Freshers welcome to apply Job Responsibilities: Design Responsibilities: Assist in designing and creating new fashion pieces and collections under the guidance of senior designers. Help with the development of design concepts, sketches, and samples. Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs meet brand standards and customer expectations. Participate in the selection of fabrics, materials, and trims for new collections. Assist in pattern making and basic stitching for prototypes and samples. Support the design team in making alterations or modifications to products as needed. Sales Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products with a strong focus on fashion styling. Act as a sales representative by promoting and explaining products, and offering personalized styling advice. Perform basic alterations and stitching on garments for customers, ensuring a perfect fit. Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and provide product recommendations based on customer needs. Handle sales transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service. Contribute to store displays and merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience. Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and ensure store goals are achieved. Be available to work flexible hours, including shifts until mall closing time. Required Skills: Passion for fashion design and a strong understanding of current fashion trends. Basic stitching and alteration skills, including knowledge of tailoring techniques. Creative and innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics. Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and grow in the design and fashion industry. Ability to multitask and switch between design and sales responsibilities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Qualifications: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in design or fashion is a plus.
