Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment 1. Recruitment Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications. 2 Candidate Sourcing and Screening Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find potential candidates. Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates. 3 .Interview Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions and assist in the interview process by evaluating candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. 4 .Candidate Management Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. 5 .Collaboration with Hiring Managers Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes. Advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria. Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and ensuring a smooth transition. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA or related field (Masters degree preferred) Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Excel,
