- Layout Inspection as per plan.
- Daily Red bin analysis with CFT Team.
- Daily FOA & MOA & LOA Monitoring.
- Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) taken on the basis of Rejection Analysis.
- Reduce Internal Rejection & External Rejection PPM By Reduces Process Variation.
- Analysis on Dies for rejection control. And for improvement on dies to control the daily rejection.
- Internal Audit & Process Audit & product Audit as per plan.
- Verify process log book & Penal checker report.
- Gauge Calibration,
- Poka Yoke.
- Root cause analysis, why why analysis, 7 QC tools
