Junior Architect Groundwork

Skillset:

Proficiency in Autocad/other drafting tools

Proficiency in visualization software such as Sketch up, Photoshop, illustrator and other basic software such as Microsoft Office

Ability to communicate with Client and Contractors

Interest in construction processes and ability to coordinate with teams on site will be an added advantage

Ability to effectively plan and meet deadlines for deliverables

Role & Responsibilities:

Participate and collaborate in design process with Senior Architect and Principal

Create detail drawings for construction as per our studio's processes and details

Create material library, specification documents and other project related documents

Visit site at periodic intervals for understanding and project coordination

Ability to take initiative and respond appropriately to direction or instruction.

Must have a keen eye for detail and quality output
