Job Description

You will work closely with the Principal Designer to ensure the smooth execution of design processes. This will involve assisting in preparing design concepts, drafting construction documents, developing building plans, and supporting presentation materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the Principal Designer in site evaluations, quality checks, design verification, and material/sample selection. Regular site visits will be conducted to ensure alignment with design plans and to maintain quality standards. Your role will also require effective communication of design details and coordination with production and dispatch teams to manage and monitor manufacturing schedules. You will be responsible for planning material requirements, raising indents, and ensuring the timely release of material orders. Furthermore, coordination with vendors for samples and meetings will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The schedule is during day shift hours, and additional benefits like performance and yearly bonuses are part of the package. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. The location of the job is in Gurgaon, Haryana, and the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work is preferred.,
