URGENT HIRING FOR JUNIOR ARCHITECT 

LOCATION - MUMBAI BANDRA WEST . 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for new buildings or renovations, from conceptual sketches to
detailed construction plans.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision
for the project.
Create architectural designs, renderings, and models using CAD software (AutoCAD,
Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, ensuring
compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate structural,
mechanical, and electrical components into the design.
Provide technical advice and support during the construction phase.
Ensure sustainability and environmental considerations are integrated into designs.
Oversee the work of junior architects and design assistants.
Review and evaluate project progress, adjusting designs and plans as necessary to
meet deadlines and budgets.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with the design.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, materials, technologies, and
regulations.
