Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design & Drafting: Assist in conceptual design development and architectural drawings. Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software. Develop detailed drawings and construction documents. Project Coordination: Work closely with senior architects and consultants to ensure project alignment. Assist in site visits and document project progress. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors. Presentation & Visualization: Prepare architectural presentations with renderings and mood boards. Use software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for high-quality visualizations. Technical & Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability guidelines. Assist in BOQ preparation and material selection. Client & Team Collaboration: Participate in client meetings and presentations. Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and vendors. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent. Experience: 0-3 years (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome). Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, etc. Skills: Strong design sense and attention to detail. Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and sustainability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
