We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Invoicing & Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies in accounts. Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Support the senior accountant in audits and compliance tasks. Reporting: Prepare financial reports and summaries as management requests. Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data for reporting purposes. Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP or relevant software) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance is a plus.
