Voucher Entry & Tally Work

• Record daily transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
• Maintain cash book, journal book, and ledger entries

Store Management DutiesMaterial Inward/Outward Entry

• Record all incoming and outgoing materials
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), DC (Delivery Challans), and Issue Slips

1. Inventory Control

• Maintain stock registers (manual/digital)
• Monitor reorder levels and report shortages

1. Store Organizatio

• Keep store area clean and well-organized
• Label and tag materials properly for easy identification

1. Stock Reconciliation

• Monthly or quarterly physical stock verification
• Match physical stock with book stock

1. Coordination with Other Departments

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams
• Ensure timely availability of materials for operations
