Maintain Daily Purchase And Sales Records In Software And Physical Ledgers.Entry Of Timber In Cubic Foot (Gunfoot/Cft) Units Based On Delivery Slips And Invoices.Prepare And Verify Purchase Bills, Sales Invoices, And Transport Challans.Reconcile Stock Records With Physical Inventory (In Gunfoot).Coordinate With Warehouse Team For Stock In/Out Entries.Handle Vendor Payment Follow-Ups And Maintain Account Balances.Assist In Gst Filing, Tds, And Other Tax-Related Compliance.Prepare Basic Mis Reports, Ledger Summaries, And Assist Senior Accountant During Audits.Bank Work Including Cheque Deposits, Neft Entries, And Bank Reconciliation.Maintain And Update Customer And Vendor Ledgers Regularly.
