Role description This is a full-time on-site role as a Jr. / Sr. Counsellor located in Pune. As a counselor your daytoday tasks will include providing education consulting services, offering guidance on educational opportunities abroad, facilitating communication between students and institutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting students in their study abroad journey, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth admission and visa process. Qualification: Educational counseling experience and expertise Strong consulting skills and ability to provide guidance Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas counseling for The UK, The USA, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Switzerland. Excellent communication skills Customer service orientation Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and institutions Knowledge of study abroad processes and requirements Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
