Role Description This is a full-time role for a Jr Sous Chef, located on-site in Bengaluru South. The Jr Sous Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. They will support the Head Chef in menu development, manage inventory, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. The role also involves supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of dishes. Qualifications Experience in food preparation and cooking Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations Ability to support menu development and manage inventory Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B industry is a plus Culinary degree or relevant certification,
