What You'll Do: Conceptualize and design brand identities, marketing campaigns, digital & print assets for a diverse range of clients. Develop engaging social media creatives, website visuals, packaging designs, UI/UX elements, and presentation decks. Translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy. Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across different platforms. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and motion design teams to create cohesive campaigns. Stay updated with global design trends, typography, color theory, and branding innovations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback. Required skills and experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Strong visual storytelling, branding, and conceptualization skills. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.). Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles. Knowledge of print and digital design, including marketing collateral, social media, and UI/UX elements. Ability to create modern, innovative, and visually striking designs. Experience working on packaging design, brand guidelines, and campaign rollouts is a plus. Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory). Strong time management & communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.,
