Job Description
The job involves handling installation work and leading a team, managing project documents, planning and scheduling tasks for solar projects, having a good understanding of material lineup, estimation, and costing for projects. You will be responsible for understanding client/customer requirements at an operational level, conducting site visits, assessing site feasibility, designing solar systems, and overseeing the complete execution of projects. Skills required for this position include solar technical knowledge, proficiency in PVSYST and AutoCAD electrical design concepts, team management abilities, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time job with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts and includes a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, although it is preferred, and at least 1 year of work experience. The work location for this position is in person.,
