Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Concept Development & Execution: Collaborate with the team to create and refine new food concepts, menus, and dining experiences. - Kitchen Planning: Design and plan kitchen layouts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards. - SOP Implementation: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new concepts. - Cuisine Expertise: Utilise your knowledge and skills across multiple cuisines to innovate and elevate our offerings. - Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs, management, and staff to ensure smooth operations and successful concept launches. - Training & Development: Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on new concepts and practices. - Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and provide exceptional customer service. - Communication and Leadership: Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Key Requirements: - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of multiple cuisines - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to innovate and elevate our offerings - Strong training and mentoring skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field. Proven experience as a chef with exposure to multiple cuisines. Strong creative and innovative skills in food and restaurant concept development. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Passionate about food and the restaurant business.
