Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant responsible for supporting finance and accounting operations. Your main tasks include assisting with financial transactions, recordkeeping, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and company policies. You will prepare financial statements and reports, handle daily bookkeeping tasks, support month-end and year-end close processes, reconcile bank statements, and maintain organized financial records. Additionally, you will assist with internal and external audits and provide administrative support to the finance team when required. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, along with at least 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. A basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally), strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Good communication and teamwork skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of local tax regulations and familiarity with ERP systems. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to 23k. Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the location is in person.
