Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Process invoices, bills, and purchase orders. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. General Ledger and Bookkeeping: Post journal entries and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist in maintaining the general ledger. Inventory and Cost Accounting: Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits. Support cost analysis and reporting for raw materials and production processes. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 12 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (preferably in a manufacturing environment). Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. Key Attributes: Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Help in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
