Job Description: Jewellery Store Manager Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 (plus incentives) Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Jewellery Store Manager (Experience in Diamond and Gold jewellery is mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Store Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery store to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales performance and provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamond and gold jewellery, including quality assessment and pricing strategies. Visual Merchandising: Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the store and display products to enhance customer experience. Financial Reporting: Manage cash handling, sales tracking, and prepare financial reports for management review. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to legal and safety standards, including handling valuable inventory securely. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Jewellery Store Manager. Expertise in handling both Diamond and Gold jewellery. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of inventory management software and point-of-sale systems. Ability to handle high-value transactions and maintain confidentiality.
