• Greet and welcome customers warmly, build instant rapport
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• assist in showcasing jewellery collections with knowledge, finesse and care
• manage billing, product information and order tracking through CaratLane's systems
• Stay updated on latest collections, designs, offers and product features
• achieve monthly targets through upselling and cross selling
• handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain VM and overall store hygiene
• Participate in stock counting and audits and replenishments
