We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team specializing in flight reservations for US/UK clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel consulting, excellent knowledge of the travel industry, and exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in booking international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with their preferences and budget. Provide personalized travel recommendations and options based on customer needs. Offer prompt assistance to clients with modifications, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with airline policies.
