Job Description

The position is based in Ahmedabad and requires candidates with a qualification of B.E./ B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech, MBA in Marketing along with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in Lubricants. The primary responsibility includes developing and executing a sales strategy to generate new business from existing customers. Sales presentations on new products and solutions to end-users and OEMs are also part of the job role. Setting annual sales targets and action plans with key distributors to enhance sales effectiveness is crucial. The candidate will focus on seeking new distributors, OEMs, and other channels to improve coverage and sales in the Gujarat region comprising Vapi, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad & Saurashtra Region. Key skills required for the role include the ability to drive and have overnight stays when necessary, along with being friendly, cooperative, a good networker (both internal and external), and eager to learn and grow in their career.
