We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full Stack Java/Python Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Java and Python programming languages and a solid foundation in full-stack development. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to students, professionals, and corporate clients, helping them to enhance their skills and knowledge in full-stack development. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Java and Python full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and deployment processes. Curriculum Development: Design, update, and refine training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, projects, and assessments, to ensure the content remains relevant and up-to-date with industry standards. Student Support: Provide individual and group support to students, addressing their queries, clarifying concepts, and guiding them through practical exercises and projects. Assessment & Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and practical tests to evaluate the progress and understanding of students, providing constructive feedback to help them improve. Industry Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development and incorporate these insights into the training sessions. Collaboration: Work closely with the academic team and other trainers to ensure consistency in the delivery of the curriculum and share best practices. Mentorship: Mentor students on their projects, guiding them through the development process, from initial concept to final deployment. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the training process based on feedback from students and industry developments. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Java, Python, or full-stack development are a plus.
