The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. This role is suited for someone who enjoys tackling complex problems and driving innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java applications: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to enhance and maintain software products. Design and implement solutions: Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to define, design, and ship new features. Debug and resolve issues: Investigate and fix bugs to ensure applications run smoothly. Ensure best practices: Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Contribute to software architecture: Participate in architecture discussions and provide suggestions for process and system improvements. Unit testing: Develop unit tests and ensure that software meets high performance and security standards. Version control: Work with Git or other version control systems to manage and track code changes. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful services. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Proficient in object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
