You should be an experienced backend developer with 7+ years of experience in Java, Microservices, SpringBoot, and other related technologies. Your expertise should include significant API knowledge for large-scale applications and performance optimization. A deep understanding of programming and object-oriented engineering principles like SOLID and clean architecture is crucial. Proficiency in Java and distributed systems tech stacks such as Kafka, ELK, in-memory databases, Cassandra, or similar databases is required. Moreover, you must possess strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively and align the organization on important decisions. Excellent problem-solving abilities are essential for processing intricate information and presenting it clearly. Your collaboration skills should enable you to work effectively with teams to develop innovative solutions efficiently. While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role.
