Job Title: IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy team member to join our education-focused organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing content workflows, supporting students, coordinating virtual sessions, and maintaining basic technical systems. Key Responsibilities: Content & Test Series Management: Upload and manage educational content and test series across platforms; ensure timely publishing and quality control. Student Support & Communication: Handle student engagement through activations, reminders, and follow-ups; provide prompt assistance and maintain clear communication. Online Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage Google Meet sessions for classes and webinars; ensure seamless execution of online meetings. Technical & App Support: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues; suggest improvements to enhance user experience on web and mobile platforms. Basic IT & System Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on software and hardware systems as needed.
