Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on L1 IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Bangalore. The role involves providing end-user support, managing desktops/laptops, basic server and network monitoring, and ensuring IT compliance with ISO standards.
? Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support for ~100 laptops and 20 desktops.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
Perform user account management, password resets, and access provisioning.
Assist in patch updates, antivirus checks, and daily IT tasks per ISO 27001.
Monitor server health and report performance issues.
Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
Coordinate with L2/L3 for escalated issues and changes.
? Desired Skills:
Good understanding of Windows OS, basic server & network concepts.
Hands-on with antivirus, patching, and system updates.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to ITIL practices and ISO 27001 is a plus.
