Your responsibilities will include installation and troubleshooting of Windows OS and common office software. Additionally, you should be able to handle basic printer and scanner setup tasks. Familiarity with remote tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk is required. Good communication and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
