Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Tally ERP solutions and IT products to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Understand client business requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions to address their needs. - Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve collective and individual goals. - Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations using MS Office and Excel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
