Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Executive
**Department:** Information Technology
**Reporting Line:** Sales Manager
**Responsibilities:**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
* Initiate contact with prospective clients through strategic visits and calls.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
* Develop customized business proposals that align with client objectives.
* Negotiate pricing and specifications to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Manage and expand existing client accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
* Identify new sales opportunities and effectively close deals.
* Cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
* Develop comprehensive territory plans to maximize market penetration.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and products.
* Conduct post-delivery follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
* Research market trends and competitor offerings to maintain industry expertise.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
* Address and overcome objections to secure client commitment.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless product delivery.
* Verify product quantity and quality prior to shipment.
* Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
* Generate prompt cost calculations for preliminary quotations.
* Prepare insightful sales reports through data analysis and summarization.
* Evaluate and improve personal sales performance through ongoing self-assessment.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree required; Sales or Marketing qualifications preferred.
* Exceptional fluency in English with superior communication skills for effective client and colleague interaction.
* Prior experience in the Domestic Removals industry is highly desirable, with telecommunications sales experience an advantage.
* Exceptional organizational and administrative skills to manage documentation efficiently.
* Proven customer service skills to ensure positive client experiences.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications within the Sales or Domestic Removals industries.
