Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Recruitment manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers and Clients to understand staffing needs and requirements. Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for successful candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in IT recruitment. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with HR team members on various recruitment projects and initiatives.
