Job Description
Designation: - IT & Non IT Recruiter Experience: - 3-4 years Location: - Bangalore Working days : - 5 Days Notice Period: Immediate Target Closing date: - Immediate Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for IT positions, including software developers, system administrators, and data analysts. Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates" technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies. Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the ATS. Facilitate the offer and negotiation process with selected candidates. Provide market insights and recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
