Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This full-time position offers an annual salary of 3,00,000 and is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and procurement. As an IT Purchase Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our IT procurement processes, ensuring that we acquire the best networking solutions and hardware to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of IT hardware and networking solutions, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.
- Conduct vendor audits to assess performance, compliance, and quality of service.
- Provide IT hardware support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize Tally for inventory management and procurement tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and vendor performance to management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in IT procurement or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking solutions and IT hardware.
- Proficiency in Tally and other procurement management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
