Job Description
Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Oversee private server management, ensuring security, performance, and scalability. Work on new IT initiatives and enhance/maintain existing systems. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align IT solutions with business objectives. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize IT processes, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain system documentation. Facilitate Agile practices, mentor teams in Scrum methodologies, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires a 6-day working week. Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred. Salary: No bar for the right candidate.
