Job Description
Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the technical architecture, design, and development of our Workday Extend applications. Additionally, the role includes performance tuning and optimization of the Workday Extend Application and guiding internal developers with limited Extend experience throughout the technical development process. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical architecture, design, and development of Workday Extend applications. Optimize application performance through tuning and enhancements. Provide guidance and mentorship to internal developers in the technical development process. Requirements: We are looking for a vendor that is a Certified Workday implementation partner. The ideal resource should possess the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Workday Extend Architect & Lead Developer. Deep understanding of Workday Extend architecture, data models, and security. Extensive expertise in Workday Extend development and configuration, including XSLT, JavaScript, SOAP/REST, etc. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Workday Extend features and functionality, with the ability to recommend best practices and optimize Extend applications. Flexibility to work onsite, offsite, or a combination of both.,
