Job Description
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Your primary tasks will include installing and configuring new hardware, software, and network devices to optimize performance. Monitoring and maintaining the overall health and performance of computer systems and networks will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and offering guidance. It is essential to document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge for future reference and collaboration. To excel in this position, you should have 8-10 years of experience in network engineering or a related field. A strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, including firewalls and Active Directory, is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues are crucial. You should also have a proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and determine root causes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively engage with colleagues and clients.
