Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the BOD and EOD support team to ensure efficient and timely support for all Odin servers in the Retail Broking sector. This includes handling all exchange approvals to ensure compliance with regulations, collecting and managing data for Retail compliance, and maintaining accurate records. It is essential to develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and optimize the infrastructure for all Algo setups to ensure smooth operation and performance. Collaboration with internal teams to identify and implement infrastructural improvements for enhanced efficiency is a key part of the role. Staying informed about industry trends and advancements in Algo trading technologies is also necessary. In terms of requirements, you should have a good understanding of different operating systems such as Linux and Windows server, knowledge of Networking in the Stock Market Domain, experience with Trading Software's like Odin, proficiency in COLOCATION Management, understanding of Exchange compliances, experience in customer support, and be comfortable with flexible working hours.,
