Job Description
As a Dialer Specialist, you will be tasked with the management and optimization of automated dialing systems. This role entails configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting dialer software to enhance performance. Collaboration with operations, analytics, and compliance teams will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities in order to maximize productivity. In the realm of System Design and Planning, your duties will include developing and executing VoIP infrastructure plans. This involves taking into account various factors such as network capacity, call routing, and security measures. You will be responsible for designing and configuring VoIP systems, which includes PBX, SIP trunks, and other related components. Ensuring that these systems align with the specific requirements of the BPO's clients and internal operations will be crucial. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for VoIP systems, identifying areas for enhancement, generating reports on VoIP performance and usage for stakeholders, and consistently improving the VoIP infrastructure to adapt to the evolving needs of the BPO will also fall under your purview.
