Job Responsibilities: Design and Deployment: Design and deploy enterprise-level hardware and software systems that support the organizations operations. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure systems to ensure they remain operational and secure. Disaster Recovery: Develop disaster recovery plans and procedures in conjunction with other IT professionals. Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems. System Backup and Recovery: Perform system backup and recovery to protect data integrity. Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and analyze system performance and reliability. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructures, systems, and procedures. Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with IT policies. Project Management: Manage and lead infrastructure projects and upgrades. Requirements : Bachelors Degree: Typically, a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is required. Internships: Gaining experience through internships or entry-level positions can be very beneficial Technical Skills: Proficiency in network and server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
