Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Field Support Engineer:

  • Installation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring hardware and software systems on-site. 
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. 
  • On-site Support: Providing direct technical assistance to clients at their locations. 
  • Client Communication: Interacting with clients to understand their needs, explain solutions, and maintain positive relationships. 
  • System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance. 
  • Technical Documentation: Recording and documenting issues and solutions for future reference. 
  • Collaboration: Working with other engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. 
  • Training: Providing training to clients on how to use and maintain their systems.
