Job Description
1. Position: IT Engineer. 2. CTC: 45 K Gross. 3. Qualification: MCA/ BTEC IT & CCNA Certified. 4. Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs. 5. Required Job Knowledge: Knowledge of SAT & ERP Implementing, and maintaining computer systems and networks. Ensuring systems meet security regulations and organizational needs. Upgrading software, hardware, and networks. Identifying root causes of problems and developing solutions. Providing technical support to users. Logging and prioritizing faults and queries. Managing the projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Training staff on the use of new systems and software. Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies. Experience with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
