Onsite Work Scope of Work: Deployment services Floorwalking services Project services (time and material) Dispatch Managed workplace services The scope of the above mentioned Services includes, but is not limited to, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, toners, conferencing devices and networking equipment. Skill-set required: Workplace Engineer Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software Customer facing soft skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
