Job Summary:   

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Internal IT Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in providing support for SAP Business One (SAP B1) and managing other software requirements within the organization. This role involves evaluating, procuring, and implementing software solutions that align with business needs. The candidate must exhibit a high level of sincerity, dedication, and an aggressive approach to achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  

• SAP B1 Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One (SAP B1) users.  
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and upgrades of SAP B1 systems.  
• Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and custom solutions as required.  
• Software Procurement:
• Assess the companys IT requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.  
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for new software acquisitions.  
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new software with existing systems.  
• IT Systems Management:
• Monitor the companys IT infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance.  
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and fulfill IT-related needs.  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes and solutions.  
• Training and User Support:
• Train employees on the effective use of IT tools and applications.  
• Provide timely support and resolve user queries to minimize downtime.  
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements in IT operations.  
• Implement and promote IT best practices across the organization.  

Qualifications and Skills:  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.  
• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on SAP B1 support.  
• Strong understanding of software procurement and implementation processes.  
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work aggressively towards achieving goals in a time-sensitive environment.  
• Self-motivated, with a sincere and dedicated approach to work.  

 Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):   

• Familiarity with other ERP or business management systems.  
• Experience in IT infrastructure management or network support.  
• Knowledge of industry-specific software tools (specific to the companys domain).
