Job Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator with hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining IT systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing laptops, LAN, WAN, routers, and other network components, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities System configuration & maintenance: Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and desktop systems, ensuring all hardware and software are updated and functioning optimally. Network management: Configure and manage LAN and WAN environments, ensuring network stability, performance, and security. Router & switch configuration: Set up, configure, and troubleshoot routers and switches, including setting up VPNs and other network services. Technical support: Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently. Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect systems and data, including firewall settings and antivirus software. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, network diagrams, and support activities. Vendor coordination: Work with vendors and service providers for hardware purchases, service agreements, and technical support. Upgrades & installation: Assist with the planning and execution of system upgrades and new installations, including software and hardware components.
