Job Description
Job Title: IT Administrator Location: Infocity IT Park Campus, Gandhinagar CTC Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role Education: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field Responsibilities IT Infrastructure: Ensure smooth operation of IT systems including biometric attendance and CCTV. Network Management: Manage LAN/WAN, server rooms, firewalls, and resolve network issues. Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. System Maintenance: Conduct system updates, patches, backups, and performance monitoring. Documentation: Develop and maintain IT documentation and conduct system audits. User Management: Handle user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for IT procurement and service management. Security: Ensure system security, perform regular checks, and maintain secure backups. Installation & Configuration: Oversee installation and configuration of new hardware and software. Staff Training: Provide IT training and best practice guidance to employees. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in LAN, server management, firewall setup, and network troubleshooting. Experience with biometric systems, CCTV, and security protocols. Strong IT documentation and audit skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple IT projects and work with external vendors.,
