Greetings from Shiash Info Solutions! We are currently looking to hire Medical Coders for US Healthcare with a specialization in IP DRG. The position available is for a Senior Medical Coder / Quality Control Analyst with a minimum of 1 to 7 years of experience. Please note that certification is not mandatory for this role. The work location for this position is in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Bangalore. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include handling the day-to-day operations of the Coding department, assigning diagnosis and procedure codes for patient charts, ensuring 95% quality on production, and adhering to the company's Coding Compliance policy and plan both internally and externally with clients. Additionally, you will be expected to improve performance based on feedback provided by the reporting manager.
