We facilitate small and mid scale investors to securely invest in prime real estate projects and earn 18% returns per annum. All our investment opportunities are backed by real estate assets worth atleast 1.5x to protect your investments and returns. Opportunity Type: Full Time, On Site. Work Location: Ayyappa Society Main Rd, Madhapur, Hyderabad Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Day Shift) Summary: Are you an ambitious, skilled professional poised to make a significant difference in an organization. We are a rapidly growing startup and are looking to onboard creative and passionate people to join our team in our 1 to 10 journey. We're in search to fill the role of Investment Associate. As a key player, you'll play a vital part in propelling our company towards achieving its revenue goals. Requirements: - Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English. - Proficiency in at least three languages, preferably English, Hindi and (One more Language)) - Previous Work Experience is a Plus but not mandatory. - Undergraduate degree required; MBA is a Plus. Role and Responsibility 1. Personalised Consultation Calls: Initiate contact with potential investors who have expressed interest in our company's offerings through various online advertisements. Schedule one-on-one consultation calls to understand the investor's financial goals, preferences, and risk tolerance levels. 2. Educating Investors: Thoroughly explain our company's vision, mission, and the range of investment opportunities available. Provide accurate information, alleviate concerns, and ensure investors feel confident in their decision-making process. 3. Building Confidence and Trust: Establish a strong foundation for a fruitful long-term relationship by demonstrating expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for the investor's financial well-being. 4. Navigating Objections: Skilfully overcome hesitations and objections by addressing concerns and providing additional reassurance. 5. Closing the Deal: Effectively close deals by presenting compelling arguments, highlighting the benefits of our investment opportunities, and addressing any remaining reservations. 6. Contributing to Revenue Targets: Each successful conversion adds to the company's investor base, thereby contributing to overall revenue targets.,
