Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a member of the Inverter Service Team. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support for inverter systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to optimize system performance and participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology and service protocols. Qualifications Possess Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system optimization Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Sales experience and ability to support customer inquiries Basic understanding of Finance related to service contracts and billing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the solar industry is a plus Relevant technical certification or degree preferred,
