Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Management Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining inventory levels, managing the inward and outward flow of goods, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments, deliveries, dockets, challans, and dispatches. Key Responsibilities Manage daily inventory operations including stock verification, tracking, and reporting. Monitor inward and outward movement of shipments with proper recording in systems/manual logs. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and verification of dockets, delivery challans, invoices, dispatch slips, and GRNs. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for shipment tracking and delivery updates. Maintain reorder levels and notify the procurement team for stock replenishment. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Handle proper storage, labelling, and segregation of inventory. Ensure dispatches are timely and documentation is complete. Maintain compliance with company policy and relevant laws related to stock and transportation. Assist in returns and damaged goods processing.
