As an Inventory & Stock Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing our inventory with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing garments, fabrics, and accessories, ensuring accurate tracking through computer input and barcode tagging, and overseeing proper placement and storage of all items. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to prepare outfits for client trials and maintain a well-organized studio environment. In this fast-paced environment, your ability to learn quickly and remember outfit details will be essential. You will be expected to maintain inventory logs, manage stock rotation effectively, and stay proactive during studio hours to ensure a seamless operation. Working closely with the sourcing and production team, you will coordinate incoming inventory and ensure that all stock is appropriately labeled, stored, and prepared for dispatch or trials. We are looking for a candidate with a good memory, strong organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility when managing stock. Basic computer proficiency, particularly in Excel and Google Sheets, is required for this role. Your energetic and proactive attitude, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, will be key to your success in this position. While prior experience in fashion, warehousing, or studio management is beneficial, we welcome individuals who are honest, reliable, and eager to grow with our brand.
